About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate who wants to earn by helping businesses get websites, software and automation solutions.
This is a performance-based opportunity.
There is no fixed salary initially, but you earn commission on every project you help close.
Once consistent results are achieved, the role can be converted into a fixed salary + commission position.
This role is ideal for students, freelancers, or anyone who wants to learn real sales and earn based on performance.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibility is lead generation and conversation building.
- Find business owners/Coaches/institutes who may need a website, application, or automation system
- Start conversations via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, or calls
- Understand their basic requirements (type of website, purpose, timeline)
- Introduce our services and check interest level
- Book meetings for our team with interested prospects
- Follow up with warm leads who have shown interest
Handle Partnership Opportunity:
- Connect with marketing agencies, freelancers, or consultants who need a development partner
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients and partner agencies
Important
You are not required to sell, negotiate pricing, or close deals.
All sales calls, quotations, and final discussions are handled by our team.
You are also not required to build websites or do technical work, our team handles delivery.
What We Sell
You will be promoting:
- Business Websites
- E-commerce Websites
- Portfolio Websites
- Custom Web Applications
- Coaching funnels etc
Typical website project value: ₹30,000 – ₹4,00,000+
Typical application/software project value: ₹80,000- ₹10,00,000+
Commission Structure
You earn on every closed project:
- ₹20K–₹40K project → ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 commission
- ₹40K–₹70K project → ₹4,000 – ₹7,000 commission
- ₹70K–₹1L+ project → ₹7,000 – ₹12,000+ commission
There is no earning limit.
Note: Commission is paid once the client confirms the project and the advance payment is received by the company [50%] & rest [50%] once 100% payment is done by the company.
Growth Opportunity
After consistent performance (5-10 successful & consistent deals):
- Fixed salary will be offered
- Full time role
- Promotion to Senior BDE / Sales Manager
- Get letterhead of experience as BDE
